Features of ACE type boiler

1. What is our ACE type, RDF -fired boiler to heat water?
Now we, Asada, developed a RDF（refuse derived fuel） fired boiler to heat large-scale water by the full use of our accomplished technologies of 1,200℃ high-temperature burning with our compact incinerator.
The RDF fired method is spreading all over Japan as a last card to solve waste problems. This mass hot water is used and being widened in various fields, like for agriculture such as a greenhouse and a vinyl house, etc., for refuel facilities of hospitals, old aged home and factory, etc, and moreover for snow melting facilities in a snowy region.

2. Easy installation and splendid hot water supply power.
Because our RDF -fired boiler is not an incinerator, it is unnecessary to make legal formalities such as antipollution ordinances, the Air Pollution Control Law, the Waste Disposal Law, and it is easily installed. On the other hand since this is not a steam boiler, no boiler engineer's license is required either.

3. How about its running cost?
We will offer RDF free of charge while actual trucking fee is on users' account.
Now in all over Japan more than 40 stations of RDF production facilities are at wok in local governments, etc. And there are also about 100 spots of RDF/RPF production factories in private enterprises, and is a tendency to increase in number to solve waste problems. Incidentally its electric cost is around 50 Japanese yen per hour in case 2.2 KW ventilator is used, and its annual measuring fee for exhaust gas is 40,000 to 50,000 yen.

4. Available for continuous hot water supply during day & night for 24 hours.
Our ACE type, RDF-fired boiler is able to make hot water supplied continuously 24 hours. Even if there is no operator, it is possible to supply high-temperature hot water only if you have waste oil burned by about 10 litter per hour by throwing in about 20kg RDF every 30 minutes manually in the day time and by turning on its lubricator pump in the night time.

5. Completely burned and very few half-burned left.
Our ACE type, RDF-fired boiler makes RDF perfectly burned by raising the temperature up to 800-900 ℃ inside the boiler in a short time, used with our newly developed special burner.
Furthermore reasonable burning of little smoke and little bad smell comes true by using its special structured burner.

6. Outstanding durability beyond common sense of traditional type.
Compared with a usual boiler, more remarkable durability is realized now because we use the superhigh-temperature and fireproof material in its burner, the same quality as our ACE type incinerator.
And since its boiler tank is easily removable, it is also very easy to repair it, clean up its water ducts and carry out other works.

What is RDF
RDF (Refuse Derived Fuel) is a lump like a stick, made out of waste by the process of crushing, drying and condensing it. The Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare is pushing forward this fuel as a last resort to solve waste problems.
