Our company has been providing intermediate processing of waste oil as an industrial waste treatmint company since 1975. Mainly we produce 20,000t recycled waste oil per year. We developed our own THERMAL WASTE DECOMPPSER for incinerating waste oil and oily soiled mud which are normally impossible to be recycled. We focus on the point to evaporate the moisture in the material quickly based on the principle of combustion that all substances will start a spontaneous combustion when the body temperature reaches 400 centigrade ignition point. We design the structure and the materials for the furnace so that the furnace can keep the internal temperature more than 1,000 centigrade. We design in the ideology, "SIMPLE IS BEST". Because of the drop combustion of waste oil, some moisture or impurity of the material doesn't cause mechanical problems. And we adopt an air diffusion pipe of the bayonet nozzle type which enable you an easy disassembling and repairing. The operation control panel is designed so that anybody con operate easily after practicing with the switches for the pump and the blower for a couple of times.

5. ACE THERMAL WASTE DECOMPOSER Type 0.5 uses ordinary waste oil as supplemental fuel. This enable you to economize your running cost.

:For example, engine oil or gear oil wasted in petroleum stations are very suitable for supplemental fuel. If they are not available, we can supply them for you. You don't need to purchase expensive kerosene.
